Stunning St Moritz vibes! 🏔️
Wow, I was so chuffed with the cosy room and the bomb brekkie—had pancakes and eggs benny! The spa access was a lekker treat after a long day, and the staff were so friendly, especially the chommies at the reception. Totally made my stay feel special!
Only downside was the slow WiFi, but honestly, who cares when you've got the mountains?

Absolutely not what I expected. the cleaning service woudl ve been faster if I wasn't at my wits end waiting for my room to be done. Plus, breakfast was a chaotic affair lacking eggs, despite everyone, asking for them. And don’t even get me started on how i never received a complimentary upgrade, truly shocking!

Proximity to slopes, Complimentary gondola passes, Unique restaurant experiences
The hotel needs to address the lift malfunction issues that left guests stranded!!! The shower design is flawed, with a curtain that creates a soggy mess on the bathroom floor!!!

If you’re craving epic pancakes and eggy delights at breakfast, this place delivers. Pair that with a glorious spa and you’ve got relaxation covered. The staff, especially Paul, made us feel right at home, and that added touch really jazzed up our stay!
Now, the cleaning service had us waiting longer than hoped. we flagged our room for a tidy, but it took ages.

great experience but some areas need improvement
The staff were extremely kind, especially Nicola at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help. The rooms were comfortable with thoughtful touches that made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated the stunning mountain view from my room which added to the charm of the stay.
The breakfast service was chaotic with long wait times and a limited selection.

Enjoying pancakes and omelettes at breakfast was a sweet surprise, and the spa was a perfect way to unwind after our day. I loved the jacuzzi and steam room for some serious relaxation. Although the cleaning service seemed a bit slow, it didn't overshadow the lovely experience overall. 😊
